Refund policy

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Returns:

• Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  

• Sale items and accessories may not be eligible for returns.
  

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  

• In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
  

To initiate a return, email returns@arenz.in with your order ID and reason for return.
